Magazine subscriptions:

Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis at the next available opportunity, and taking into account the number of issues remaining in your subscription that have not yet been mailed to you.

Conference passes:

All conference pass purchases are final and non-refundable. When booked through us, hotel reservations can be canceled no later than five business days prior to the first night, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Advertising bookings:

Cancellation provisions are detailed on all advertising booking confirmation orders.
